ar-ge 건축사사무소의 박영준 박사와 이세진 소장은 계속해서 지방 소도시, 농어촌 지역의 쇠퇴에 대비하기 위한 활성화 전략에 관심을 갖고 있으며, 사람들의 의견을 바탕으로 건축이 이루어져야 한다는 철학을 갖고 있습니다. 이를 위해 인구통계에 근거하여 전국 모든 지역의 1백만명의 가상 주민 데이터베이스를 갖추고, 이들을 활용해 LLM 멀티에이전트 방식의 "가상 주민 공청회" 시뮬레이션 도구를 만들었습니다. 지난 4월 한국도시설계학회에서 발표, 올 8월호 도시설계 저널에 게재되는 등 꾸준한 학계 검증을 통해 신뢰도와 활용성을 높이고 있습니다.

dr. youngjun park and director sejin lee of ar-ge continue to focus on revitalization strategies to address the decline of small regional towns, rural areas, and fishing villages. they share a philosophy that architecture should be grounded in the opinions of local residents. to support this vision, they built a database of 1 million virtual residents across all regions in south korea based on demographic data, using it to create a "virtual resident public hearing" simulation tool powered by an llm multi-agent approach. their work was presented at the urban design institute of korea last april and published in the august issue of the journal of the urban design institute of korea, continually building credibility and practical utility through academic validation.
